HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Earning points is easy! You can earn points by checking into any FA location, bringing first time guests to the gym, referring new members and more. See below for details.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Only First Ascent members can earn and redeem points or refer first time visitors – Day Pass and 10-Pass visitors are not eligible.

Bring a Friend — Earn 2x Points
Bring in a 1st time visitor and you’ll get 1,000 points (normally 500). That’s enough points to bring in a return guest for free. Your guest will receive a free day pass with rental gear!
Limit three guests per visit. This promotion is for active FA members referring a new FA guest only. Member must be present for redemption. First time visitors must be 18 years or older.
