Follow the steps below to register for Winter Camp.

STEP 1

Sign a waiver for your child.

Click below to complete a “New waiver with a child”. Be sure to add all children that will participate in classes to your waiver.


SIGN A WAIVER

Once your waiver has been accepted, you now have an account set up with us and you’re ready for Step 2.

Already have a waiver on file for you and your family from a previous visit? Move on to Step 2!

STEP 2

Complete the Registration Form

If not you can access our waiver here: https://faclimbing.com/peoria/waiver/
To complete your child's camp registration, we will need to receive payment. Please call the gym to add a payment method to your account if necessary. You can reach our Peoria gym at 309-966-0831

STEP 3

Confirmation Email or Phone Call

A member of our team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your booking. They will also collect payment information if it’s not on file already.
