As a member, you are an important part of the FA community. We want to thank you for being a part of our community with the FA Bonus, an opportunity to earn points you can redeem for special rewards at First Ascent.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Earning points is easy! You can earn points by referring first time visitors to the gym, referring new members and more.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Only First Ascent members can earn and redeem points or refer first time visitors – Day Pass and 10-Pass visitors are not eligible.
Members: Redeem your points by selecting the perks you want to redeem on the FA Bonus perks page, or just visit any First Ascent location and speak with one of our friendly friend desk staff members.

Complete your FA Passport and earn up to 2,000 points

Pick up your passport card at the front desk and get started checking off these items:
1. Attend a meetup or event
2. Climb with someone new
3. Take a Yoga or Fitness Class
4. Answer the Bonus Newsletter Question
5. Bring a friend with the FA Bonus Program
Members earn 200 points for each item, and then earn an extra 1,000 points for checking off all 5! If you have any questions about how to achieve these items, you can ask any of our friendly front desk staff!
FA BONUS DETAILS
Here are the standard ways to earn and redeem points:
Earn Points
- Bring a first time visitor
(18 and older, limit 3 per visit) 500 - Birthday 1,000
- Join rewards program 1,000
- Refer a new FA member* 2,500
*Here are the rules for referring a new member:
- Member must be present with the friend or family member they are referring when signing up
- Referred member must be a new First Ascent member – offer not valid for current or return members
- Referrals are unlimited! Refer as many people as you like.

- Lead Rope OR Belay Device Rental 300
- Rental Gear Package 500
- 15% off one FA Pro Shop purchase 1,500
- One free Guest Pass* 1,000
- One Free Month of Individual Membership** (of your current membership type) 10,000
- One Free Month of Family Membership** 20,000
*Maximum 3 guest passes per visitor per calendar year
**Maximum 3 redemptions in any one calendar year
Our technology partner, Perkville, will email you an invitation to join the FA Bonus. Accept the invitation and create a Perkville account to begin earning points. You must use the same email address the invitation was sent to when setting up your Perkville account.
