GETTING THERE

We are located at the corner of Morgan and Monroe in the West Loop of Chicago.

By Car

We are right off the 90/94 Kennedy Expressway. If you’re coming Eastbound, take the Morgan Ave exit (51E) and head west 5 blocks. If you’re coming Westbound, take the Madison Ave exit (51D) and head 5 blocks west, then turn on Monroe Ave.

By Public Transit

We are a ~10 minute walk from the UIC-Halstead Blue Line El stop and a ~10 minute walk from the Morgan Green and Pink Line El stop. The 126 Bus runs on Jackson and Van Buren and is a short walk from the gym, and the 8 Halstead bus is only a few blocks away.

By Bike

We have plenty of places to lock up your bike when you arrive.

Routesetting

We use KAYA to provide a mobile guidebook for all FA locations where you can log your climbs, give setting feedback, share beta videos, and connect with other FA climbers. Click below to download the KAYA app and check out the latest set at FA West Loop.

Brad Moser

Brad Moser

Head Setter

Brad has been climbing for five years, and his favorite thing about climbing is getting into the flow of a challenging sport route. When he’s not at the gym, you may find him playing Pathfinder or DnD, reading, or following baseball and soccer. If you see him in the gym, ask him about tabletop RPGs, climbing, setting, or other sports.

Fun fact: Brad studied history education before dropping out to pursue a full-time career in the indoor climbing industry.
