We need volunteer mentors for our REACH program!
As a REACH volunteer mentor, you will provide a warm welcome to new REACH participants, climb with them, and offer encouragement, coaching, and connection. Our goal is for REACH participants to see themselves as climbers and feel connected to the climbing community through the 10 week program, and you are an essential part of reaching that goal.
Please note: all REACH volunteers will need to undergo a background check as part of our standard process.
