Approach Waiver

Haven’t heard about Approach yet? You can learn more about our Approach launch here. 

Please follow these steps carefully to complete your new waiver using the widget below:

1. Select your home FA location from the list (your account will be active for all locations)
2. Enter the same email on your current FA account below
3. Choose a password, enter your phone number, then click Create Account
4. You will then verify your email address with a verification code
5. Once verified, your account information should appear automatically
6. Ensure that information is correct, then continue to complete your waiver and finalize your account
