 First Ascent offers a full schedule of yoga classes for all ability levels with a variety of styles for you to enjoy. Come build strength, find balance, and get connected.

Classes are free for Members and Day Pass Guests. Members can book in advance via the schedule below. Guests may join drop into a class when they arrive depending on availability.
