Important Policies

Please review the important policies below before enrolling your child so you understand how billing, cancellations, make-ups, and other important aspects of our Youth Rec Classes work.

BILLINGYou will be billed for the session on the first day of the month your session begins. Auto-billed installments will be charged on the 1st of each month your session begins (every other month). 

AUTO ENROLLMENT: To preserve your child’s spot in the class, he/she will be auto-enrolled in the same class for future sessions. If you do not wish to enroll your child in the next session, follow the Cancellation procedure below.

CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel your child’s youth rec enrollment at the end of a session, please email youth@faclimbing.com a minimum of 14 days before the end of the session.

MID-SESSION CHANGES: We are generally not able to accommodate mid-session enrollments, class switches, or refunds due to the high demand for your Youth Rec Classes. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, but please be aware that these requests are unlikely to be approved.

MAKE-UPS POLICY: Students are allowed 1 “make-up” per session by attending one free hour of any scheduled Kids Rock Block drop-in. This make-up must be used within the session in which it was earned.

REFUND POLICY: Due to space and scheduling limitations, there are no refunds for our 8-week Youth Rec Sessions.

LOW ENROLLMENT: First Ascent reserves the right to cancel classes with low enrollment after the first two weeks.

Enrolling Your Child

Here are the 4 steps to enrolling your child:

STEP 1

Sign a waiver for your child.

Click below to complete a “New waiver with a child”. Be sure to add all children that will participate in classes to your waiver.

Once your waiver has been accepted, you now have an account set up with us and you’re ready for Step 2.

Already have a waiver on file for you and your family from a previous visit? Move on to Step 2!

STEP 2

Select your child's preferred class location, day, and time.

Session information, class schedules, and class descriptions are provided on the Kids Climbing Classes page of our website. If you’re unsure which class to select, email us at youth@faclimbing.com and we’ll help you make a selection.

STEP 3

Complete the Enrollment Form

Complete the Enrollment Form below. If you run into any problems, please email us at youth@faclimbing.com.

Are you also enrolling another child at this time? If so please submit an additional form for each additional child.

STEP 4

Confirmation Email or Phone Call

A friendly Youth Rec Enrollment Specialist will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your booking or discuss other available options if your class selections are unavailable. They will also collect payment information if it’s not on file already.
