Gift Card FAQs
If I buy a gift card online, can I pick up a physical version in person or have it mailed to me?
No. If you buy a gift card online it only exist as a digital gift card. If you’d like a physical version you can purchase one at any FA location.
How do I prevent my loved one from receiving a gift card right away, if I want to save it for a holiday/surprise?
If you purchase a digital gift card and would like to print it and gift it at a later date, list yourself as the recipient of the gift card. This will prevent the gift receiver from getting a gift card receipt right away.
If I buy a gift card for the amount of a ten pass, is that a voucher for a ten pass?
The options above are to make it easy for you to purchase a gift card for the class or pass you may want to use it for. The gift card is not a voucher and can be used for any service or retail item at First Ascent.
Can I use a gift card for a membership?
Yes. If it’s a recurring membership you must have enough on your gift card to cover the full month’s payment. We cannot accept gift cards that cover part of monthly membership dues. If you’d like to use a gift card for your monthly membership, you can request this billing change at faclimbing.com/change.
