Summer Camp Registration

Complete the steps below to register your child for Summer Camp

STEP 1

Sign a waiver for your child.

Click below to complete a “New waiver with a child”. Be sure to add all children that will participate in classes to your waiver.

Once your waiver has been accepted, you now have an account set up with us and you’re ready for Step 2.

Already have a waiver on file for you and your family from a previous visit? Move on to Step 2!

STEP 2

Complete the Enrollment Form

Complete the Enrollment Form below. If you run into any problems, please email us at peoriacamp@faclimbing.com.

If not you can access our waiver here: https://faclimbing.com/waiver
To complete your child's camp registration, we will need to receive payment. Please call the gym to add a payment method to your account if necessary. You can reach our Avondale gym at 773-564-9815.
The minimum age for enrollment is 7 and the maximum age is 14

STEP 3

Confirmation Email or Phone Call

A member of our team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your booking. They will also collect payment information if it’s not on file already.
