Enrolling Your Child

Here are the steps needed to enroll your child in our Kids Classes:

STEP 1

Sign a waiver for your child.

Click below to complete a “New waiver with a child”. Be sure to add all children that will participate in classes to your waiver.

Once your waiver has been accepted, you now have an account set up with us and you’re ready for Step 2.

Already have a waiver on file for you and your family from a previous visit? Move on to Step 2!

STEP 2

Select your child's preferred class location, day, and time.

Session information, class schedules, and class descriptions are provided on the Kids Climbing Classes page of our website. If you’re unsure which class to select, email us at youth@faclimbing.com and we’ll help you make a selection.

STEP 3

Complete the Enrollment Form

Complete the Enrollment Form below. If you run into any problems, please email us at youth@faclimbing.com.

Are you also enrolling another child at this time? If so please submit an additional form for each additional child.

STEP 4

Confirmation Email or Phone Call

A friendly Youth Enrollment Specialist will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your booking or discuss other available options if your class selections are unavailable. They will also collect payment information if it’s not on file already.

Youth Rec Session Policies

BILLING:

8-week sessions will be auto-billed in one installment on the first of the month at the beginning of the session. To preserve your child’s spot in a class, enrollments and autopays roll over into the next session unless we receive a cancellation request by the cancellation deadline which is communicated in a cancellation reminder email. The cancellation deadline is typically two weeks before the start of the next session. If your child needs to be moved to a more advanced class for the next session, a youth manager will discuss the change with you during the evaluation week.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to cancel your child’s youth rec enrollment before the start of the next session, we ask that you do so by sending an email to youth@firstascentclimbing.com a minimum of 21 days before the start of the next session or by the cancellation deadline.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to space and scheduling limitations, there are no refunds for our 8-week Youth Rec Sessions.

MAKE-UP POLICY:

Students are allowed one (1) free “make-up” per session by attending a one hour Kids Rock Block. Kids Rock Blocks are offered on Sundays at 12, 1, or 2 PM. Spots are limited so make sure to enroll ahead of time. Children are not allowed to drop into another class to make up a missed class. This make-up must be used within the session dates in which it was earned.

LOW ENROLLMENT:

Classes with low enrollment may be canceled after the first two weeks. We will notify you of next steps if this is the case.
